A $20 donation to support the mission of GTOC will open up a dozen full size images revealing the beauty and diversity of Chatham County’s naturescapes, flora and fauna. The cover photo captures a sunrise over the ghostly spires of pine trees along the shores of Jordan Lake.
Inside, the sun sets over the Haw River spillway and a beaver pond on Robeson Creek. An Orb Weaver is busy spinning it’s magnificent web. A Cardinal, Osprey and Mockingbird peer down from their perches on high, while a box turtle gets up close and personal down low. Autumn and winter landscapes capture the rural flavor of Chatham. Our very own state champion white oak is surrounded by spring daffodils.
The Naturally Chatham calendar makes a fine Holiday gift for friends and family. For those living outside the county, it gives them a picture (many pictures) of what makes Chatham County such a special place to live.
